TRAIL RIDERS - TRAIL RIDING - TRAILRIDING
We welcome SINGLE RIDERS, TRAIL RIDING GROUPS and/or Wagons. 
2500 acres - 1000 hectares - 4 square miles - 10+ square kilometers
Wagon friendly/maintained trails - 30 miles of trails (ride only one way) - 60 miles (if you ride both ways)
We are constructing new trails every week until we have 100 miles (one way trails) or 200 miles (both ways)
We will post our ranch and trails on Google Earth with pictures and videos
YOUR HORSE - $15/day or $40/Friday-Sunday
YOUR CAMPER - $10/night/vehicle primitive camping
OPEN STALL - $10/night/no feed or hay (feed and hay available)
HORSE PACKING - $5/night/person (Ride Out / Pick a spot / Camp) (read rules)

You join our ranch crew as if you had worked here for years. There is no "in the pens" cattle work.  You join my cowboys in any necessary ranch work and any included"on and off ranch" activities. What you do will depend on our needs and may change from hour to hour. Lots of "slack" time. You only watch if you WANT to watch.. otherwise.. COWBOY UP (or sit on the fence and watch, Dude!)

 
 
 
The Confederate Cavalry Scout
ROOM AND RIDE


 

Just a nice room and as much riding as you can physically handle and/or afford. 
A good bed and night's rest, then up on a horse and off to ride and explore.
I will send you and your Cavalry Scout guide out on specific missions.
We always ride with a purpose on the Lazy F.
NO MEALS are included (Restaurants off ranch).
NO CATTLE/COWBOY WORK is included.
Just a room and riding.
Standard guest activities are included.
Any "on or off ranch" activities cost extra, if you wish to try them.

POOL HOUSE (by swimming pool) w/ covered veranda - Sleeps 14
$80/night/Room (1 or 2 persons) - $25/night for each extra person in a room
ROOM #1 - Queen Bed w/ private bath (room nearest covered walkway to main house)
ROOM #2 - 2 Double Beds and Set of Bunks w/ private bath
ROOM #3 - 2 Queen Beds w/ private bath
ROOM #4 - King Bed w/ private bath and Bay Windows

 
MAIN GUEST HOUSE
2 Room Suite - Jacuzzi and 2 dressing rooms - Rooms separated by small hallway - $225/night
MAIN ROOM - Jacuzzi and dressing room - Calif King Water Bed and single bed - $125/night
2ND ROOM - Dressing room/shower upstairs - Queen Water Bed and single bed - $100/night
BUNK ROOM - Carpet/AC/Pool Table - 3 sets of bunks - use shower upstairs in movie room

 
MAIN GUEST HOUSE - ALL GUESTS
The Living Room/Dining Room w/fireplace is for the use of all guests
The Breakfast Room w/coffee and tea is for the use of all guests
The Pool Table/Dart Board in Bunk Room is available unless occupied by guests
Movie Room (DVD/VCR - NO TV) w/dressing room/shower located upstairs - OFF BY 10 PM
Open Deck upstairs (access through Movie Room) for sitting and watching horses and stars
Since guests may be sleeping in Main House Suite, quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM
High Speed Internet Desktop Computer in Movie Room - $10/day/guest
High Speed Wireless Internet available for guest laptops - $15/day/laptop

 
 
Just like you got off the Overland or Wells Fargo stagecoach at a lonely ranch stop and just needed a good place to bed down and relax. Just a nice room, the use of the ranch facilities,  and a beautiful ranch to explore. Hiking and Mountain Bikes WELCOME. NO MEALS are included (use local restaurants). NO CATTLE/COWBOY WORK is included. NO HORSEBACK RIDING is included. Fishing in both lakes behind the Main House. Pick your price - a bunk bed with the bath down the hall or upstairs; a nice room with a private bath; or a suite with king and queen water beds and a Jacuzzi. You and your pocketbook decide. A chair on the veranda, by the pool, or down by the lake; a book; or just relax. You can drive your car to Haunted Hill, on the other side of the ranch.  Standard guest amenities ARE included. Riding and any "on or off ranch" activities will cost extra, if you wish to try them.

We can put on Old West cattle roundup and cattle working demonstrations.
We host weddings, reunions, family parties, office parties, etc..

Horseback Riding and Fishing.
Hosting Corporate Groups for Teambuilding, Conferences,
